1. Digital Products

All products sold are digital downloadable files in DXF format for CNC, laser, and plasma cutting machines.
No physical products will be shipped.
Files are compatible with standard CNC software. Please verify compatibility with your equipment before purchase.

2. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a commercial-use license to use the DXF files in your own projects and creations.
You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the original digital files to any third party.
All intellectual property rights remain with DxfZone.
The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered instantly via download link after payment confirmation.
Download links are valid for [30 days / specify your timeframe].
If you lose your files, contact us for re-download access within [specify period].

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download has been accessed.
If you receive a corrupted or incorrect file, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or correction.
No refunds will be issued after successful download.

5. Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for ensuring the files work with your specific equipment and software.
DxfZone is not liable for cutting results, material waste, or any damages resulting from the use of our files.
Files are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Verify file compatibility before purchase.
Use appropriate safety measures when operating cutting equipment.
Respect the license terms and do not share files.
